Some countries are preparing for Asean 2015 where there will be free trade and much more easier for workers to work in other Asean countries.
Workers from The Philippines are in advantage cause their English is much more better and also their education level is higher. You see for example a lot of Philippians working at airports in Arabian countries,mainly because of their language skills.
Some Thai workers are learning Bahasa Indonesia to anticipate for Asean 2015. But no Indonesian workers are learning Thai.
